Julien Brun

Chief Executive Officer

Julien Brun began his career in the world of video games at Ubisoft, then joined La Française des Jeux, where he was the driving force behind the creation of the online gaming and lottery activity on the Internet.

Passionate about sports as well as the gaming and entertainment sectors, he joined Kindred Group in 2008 as Marketing Director for Southern and Western Europe, before becoming General Director of the French subsidiary in 2011.

In 2017, Julien joined Betclic Group to relaunch the French champion as Sales Director. With his expertise and leadership, he was appointed Operations Director in 2019, Director for Product, Marketing, and Sales.

In January 2026, he succeeded Betclic's founder, Nicolas Béraud, as CEO.

Albin de Beauregard

Chief Finance Officer

Albin de Beauregard began his career at KPMG and then at the TF1 group. He also spent nearly 10 years at Kindred Group (notably the owner of the Unibet brand), where he led the integration of Eurosportbet in 2011, before becoming the group’s financial director in 2016.

He joined Betclic in 2025, after spending five years as the financial director of Pixel United (Aristocrat), one of the global leaders in mobile gaming. He was responsible for the overall financial strategy and notably oversaw the integration and development of several international studios. Albin has over twenty years of experience in finance, strategy, and transformation, mainly in the tech and video game sectors.

Xavier Guéry

Chief People Officer

Xavier Guéry began his career in 1997 at Sopra Steria. In early 2004, he became Deputy Director of Human Resources for Castorama until 2007. That same year, he founded Alias Human Resources to support executives and managers in the development of their companies. Then, he joined But as Director of Information Systems, before becoming Director of Human Resources for the Darty Group. He took the position of Director of Human Resources for the Vivarte Group in 2018, before joining Betclic a year later.

Sarah Achille

Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

Sarah Achille worked for fifteen years as a lawyer in the firms Herbert Smith Freehills and then Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she specialized in complex litigation and international arbitration, advising large international groups on high-risk strategic issues.

She then joined La Parisienne Assurances (Wakam) as VP Legal and Secretary General, contributing for three years to the company's development as well as to the structuring of its regulatory framework.

Sarah joined Betclic in 2022 and currently holds the position of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of the Group. She leads a multidisciplinary team covering legal affairs, data protection, intellectual property, AML-CFT compliance (anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing) as well as regulatory compliance related to gambling in several jurisdictions.

Martin Houdbine

Martin Houdbine

Chief Business Officer

Martin Houdbine began his career with an entrepreneurial experience before joining the online gaming industry at the opening of the French market in 2011. He joined Unibet France (Kindred Group), where he evolved over seven years successively as a Sports Betting Trader, Head of Poker Operations, and then as CRM & Loyalty Director.

In 2018, he joined Betclic as Director of the French market and emerging markets, notably overseeing the launch of operations in Poland. From 2021 to 2025, he led the Group's Sports Betting and Horse Betting activities before being appointed Chief Business Officer in 2026, responsible for marketing, operations, and product and commercial development.

Benoît Mérel

Chief Technology Officer

Benoît Mérel began his career in 2005 at AXA. He initially led the IRIS project, before heading the Reporting and Analysis department for five years. In 2013, he became Head of the Business Intelligence department and would complete his journey within the Group as Director of the Data Innovation Lab engineering.

In 2016, Benoît became Deputy CEO of La Parisienne and Director of Technology & Transformation, thus joining the Executive Committee of the company.

In 2020, he joined Betclic as Director of Technology.
