The Gender Equality Index is a key performance indicator for our HR policy. For the year 2025, Betclic Group achieves a score of 94/100, reflecting a high level of professional equality within the company.
This result is based on an almost zero gender pay gap favoring women (score: 39/40), as well as maximum scores for individual increases (20/20), promotions (15/15), and increases upon returning from maternity leave (15/15).
We continue our efforts to strengthen diversity at all levels of the organization, particularly among the ten highest salaries in the company (5/10).
